How we collect, use and disclose clients and site visitors’ personal information

Our website is hosted on the platform. provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases, and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. When you visit our website, we collect any information you provide through the contact form or live chat facility and Non-personal information through the platform and via Google Analytics. When you send you a message through a contact form we will store all the information that you provide on the form electronically on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Should you become a client of ours, your details will also be stored in our Xero Accounting CRM system and on our G-Suite contacts Database. When you contact us via email or telephone we will also collect, and store information provided on our G-Suite contacts database and, should you become one of our clients, on our Xero Accounting CRM system. We may also use the email address you provide in order to contact you about special promotions or services or important announcements such as changes to this policy. We will do this through Mail Chimp who provides us with email marketing services and as such are to be considered as third party data processors. Mail Chimp has been carefully chosen based on their compliance with EU GDRP legislation. For this reason, your email address will be stored on Mail Chimp's secure servers as long as you agree to stay in contact this way. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe links in any of our marketing emails, by requesting removal in an email to or by denying your consent in the form at the end of this policy
